Just curious if Chef Gran's cancer has anything to do with the scientific food that he has been tasting / eating at this place? That was the first thought came to my mind after I listened to his interview. If a chef had 'tongue' cancer and he has been coming up with brand new scientific stuff like different chemicals to prepare butter or cream etc. and he is using a steel freezer that freezes pretty much any food to -50C, I am personally not tempted to eat that food...
