I hated when Luke married Tracy! Luke and Laura should of stayed together because of all the trouble they went thru to be together so it's stupid how they ended up,put Luke and Laura back togther!
ITA I have been a huge fan of late but have been watching since 1978. Have all the videos downloaded etc. Luke and Laura are eternal and I don't agree with the whole Tracy thing also, but the dynamic is good. I am really excited that Genie is coming back and can't wait to see the fireworks.
ITA!! That had to be one of the biggest times I was totally po'd with the writers!! He would NEVER have said that he wished he had known Tracy was watching him. He always only had eyes for Laura, but don't EVER try to convince me that he would have looked twice at Tracy when he was with Laura. What an insult! Now, I'm on my soapbox waiting to see how they are going to screw my favorite couple over when Luke returns! Can't we get a break here? I want to see the love!!!
Guza's had some deal against Luke and Laura since the 90's and has continually tried to destroy them. I wouldn't get my hopes up for much of anything but L&L fighting for months (if Genie stays) over Tracy and Luke being married and that whole wedding in 2006 having been a lie. Watch them try to pair Laura with Jax or something.
I want to put Guza on notice then. He will lose the faithful "mob" (since mob is a language he understands) who have loved and followed Luke and Laura and GH all these years! He can get ready to have every one of his employees out looking for jobs if he screws this over as he is so prone to do. I'd rather send GH to the soap morgue than have it continue to slap the veterans in the face with his insulting dialogue and disregard of the love! I just want to hurl! Tony and Genie deserve better!
But, IMO, the problem is (and I'm just as guilty)...we watch the show, come on the internet and gripe about it BUT GH is still getting their viewer ratings because we're tuning in! If everybody would just drop GH Hour like a hot rock for about 2 months, it might have an effect. But Guza himself has said he loves the fact that the fans gripe so much because that means they're watching. Seems like the only way to get him gone is to switch stations at 3pm.

Luke and Tracy don't exist for me either. Luke and Laura will always be the hottest and most popular supercouple of all time.
No amount of rewriting history by Guza can spoil that.

Their chemistry was and still is so strong. Tracy is ok but no replacement. Admit it. they are eternal.
