  • this is 9th's greatest work!!!!! HEAL!

  • This is the reason I love hip hop. When guys like De La Soul enjoy what they do and make genius music like this. That's what made me a De La fan.

  • I love De La Soul

  • 9th Wonder + De La. THIS my shit!

  • This album is a gem, legendary mc's and beats from my top 3 producers: Dilla, 9th & Madlib.

  • @ak562 Love to see real Hip Hop heads still bumping this shit. Daps brother!

  • Hey YO WAKE UP.

  • KILLUMINATI

  • Its just me or this is the best CD of De La Soul !? All the sounds are just so damn good!

  • @juniorcba Stakes is high is the best album from De La Soul... definitely and Grind Date could be 2nd

  • @juniorcba youre the only one hah its not even close. sorry, its good but no where near as good as their others.

  • 34 people do go to church, one person doesn't go to church

  • Bentnapkins: Well said friend I was a bedroom turntablist for many years collecting breaks scratch vinyl's and of course hip hop (not this vocoded bulls"$t nowadays). I lost the love for this musical science when modern day corporate's got it's greasy paws on it. De La Soul is keeping the trade alive so anyone looking for the definition of hip hop check these guys out and or mos def, talib kweli, mobb deep, freddy fox etc

  • these niggaz still super lyrical

  • REAL HIP HOP

  • man de la is so underated....fuckin dope!!

  • You know what I mean? Rap outsold crack

You know, so rap....or hip-hop culture

however you wanna dice it, you know what I'm sayin'

it's the most powerful drug there is, man

it changed corporate America, it changed the way you feel about me

it change the way I, I do my thing now

Busta was the one who came out, on the award show and said that

hip-hop provides jobs for people who don't even love the shit

I mean, come one man, I mean what else is there to say?!

  • @Bentnapkins: didn't really change corporate America. Most popular hip hop is corporate as hell.

But I think real music subverts that. It doesn't change it, but it does give people a place to go when they don't like all the other cobblers.

  • fav track on the album, great message.

  • de la WAAAAAY underrated imo...GOOD SHIT!!! REAL NIGGAS!

  • Great song

  • DOPE
