My understanding was the reocurrences of throat cancer. My thoughts of him that is/was a faithful man; a praying man; his craft in music was fulfilled to the max; he loved it and sought it as passionally as any one could. Ali was a man of humility; very conscious of others; I love the way he carried himself...He was one of my favorite Temps. Thanks Juanita for sharing this...there are some things that I am going thru and I have rec'd blessing from this epic expression in music.

I just heard lastnight on Nov. 9th this man died. Hard to accept this, that was a sangin man, not singing, but like Anita Baker said, Sangin! What did he die of?

I remember Ali very well... He was from my hometown of Town Creek, Alabama.... For all of Ali's friends his mother passed away in May 2011... Please pray for his family and friends in Town Creek who miss him so very much... Thank you Ali for sharing your voice with the world. YOU WERE TRULY ONE OF A KIND...

Ali-Ollie Woodson happens to be my personal "All-Time" favorite lead-singer of the legendary Temptations........and I've been a fan since the days of "My Girl". I sincerely pray that Ali is resting ETERNALLY in God's love........for all the joy & pure pleasure that his "ever-so" soulful voice brought to this world, he deserves the very best.
