Reagan sold narcotics to American school children so he could support fascist death squads in Central America that dragged nuns from their beds to be raped and murdered and then his minions bragged about it to Congress. He took the world to the edge of nuclear war with his reckless remarks and then falsely claimed credit for the fall of the Soviets when actual credit goes to Pope John Paul, Lech Walesa, Gorbechev and the Russian people. There is nothing, nothing at all good about Reagan.
Reagan was an opportunist and a mediocre actor and one of the worst presidents ever. Look at his record. He promoted abortions in CA. His deregulation efforts led to the S&L crisis and the stock market collapse of '87 and set the stage for massive corporate corruption such as ENRON. He borrowed from the Social Security Trust Fund so he could waste a TRILLION dollars on the failed weapons system known as Star Wars and then BORROWED the money to pay it back. Reagan was a catastrophe for America.

The winner is elected with a spit sized 3% pile of the entire countrys votes. Since they don't even know its thier duty to go on to the district caucus (which are powerful votes) the elected leader may win with only 1% of the vote.. If you want Paul Elected leave non supporters at home but WE MUST VOTE
@ASonOfLiberty1776 No thanks, we don't want the return of Ronald Reagan.
We'd rather not see a return of his "War on Drugs", his "Star Wars" military-industrial program, his big-government corporate welfare programs, Savings & Loan scandals, his enlargement of the federal budget deficit, his foreign invasions/interventions, Iran-Contra, his bogus fight against the "cold war" which only made Russia and communist China stronger.......etc. etc.
@ASonOfLiberty1776 The federal government grew while reagan was in office. They arent even close to the same people. Reagan knew the right thing to do, but failed to act.
While strong on Constitutional issues, this man wears dangerous blinders on Foreign issues. To compare him over and over to being like Reagan is disingenuous at best, regardless of Reagan's past endorsement -- which was in the 1970's btw.
Paul has one more problem -- his supporters. Bar none, they are a very scary and loud group. I dare say I'd call 911 before letting one near my home.
@LadyLiberty1885 - "Bar none, they are a very scary and loud group. I dare say I'd call 911 before letting one near my home." Wow. That's making a whole lote of assumptions about a very large and diverse group of people.
I hope American's understand how important the 2012 elections will be. We cannot make the same mistake in 2012 as we did in 2008 when it comes to the GOP primary.
I would be thrilled if Ron Paul was the GOP nominee and I think he is the right individual to lead our Nation at this time.
Any actions regarding the War on Drugs today reflects the administration of today. If you continue to "Blame Reagan" for the actions of all the presidents that followed him you truly are delusional. But probably just stoned. I can just see a meth dealer handcuffed, being dragged out of his shack, cursing Ronald Reagan. Makes sense. Right? My advise to you is next time break the pills in half before you take them.

Ron Paul did support Reagan in 1980 had concerns in 1984 as Reagan fell short on some of his campaign promises. also running up the deficit didnt help.
Reagan legacy will stand the test of time. true, he was less libertarian as a president than in person. some say the democratic controlled congress was too much and compromises had to be made...all in America was in good hands under Reagan.
so true...share this with all your republican friends and elected officials...this is where the GOP should look to so to regain their integrity. the future of the GOP is in this video
And now Ron Paul himself doesn't know what it means to be a conservative by endorsing people like Don Young who is probably the most corrupt politican in Washington. Ron Paul has proven he is a phoney and his followers still do not see how much of a hypocrite Ron Paul truly is.
What you are saying makes ZERO sense. You think voting for the Democratic Party or Republican Party makes your un-American, yet you support Ron Paul and his message and he is part of the Republican Party. Sounds like your a hypocrite to me.
Running as Republican, but rejected by the Republican party. It's about principals not labels. The principal is don't vote for those selling out our sovereignty.
You're being way too legalistic about this. It's a principal, that can have exceptions. The idea is that the general direction of the Republicans and the Democrats includes giving our sovereignty to either multinational corporations or to multinational bureaucrats.
"It's un-American to vote Republican or Democrat."
Ron Paul ran as a Republican, so according to you and using your words anyone who voted Ron Paul is un-American. You never said principle, you said Republican party. Either you think people who voted Ron Paul cause he ran as a Republican and are un-American cause he did not run as a third party candidate or you are lying. This is about your words is it not?
Why so anal-retentive? I'm using a generalization. In general today's Republican party and today's Democratic party are both very likely to transfer our sovereignty to international interests.
This isn't about me, you said "It's un-American to vote Republican or Democrat.
His affiliation with Republican party is his undoing. Go third party. The Armed Revolution Party!"
So according to you Ron Paul and anyone who voted for him in the primary are un-American.
You are the one calling people names and you are the one who are calling people un-American because your own words says you, Ron Paul, and Ron Paul followers are un-American. Why you hate Ron Paul and his supporters? Your words.
It's a generalization. If you insist on being called un-American that's you choice, you can opt out however simply by realizing that I'm speaking in general terms and that there are exceptions. The case of Ron Paul and supporters running Republican is an obvious exception. Get it?
You generalized and call Ron Paul and his supporters including yourself if you voted Ron Paul un-American. Its not me saying it, its you saying it. And now since you know you said it, everyone else is un-American for voting a party but not you. Why does Ron Paul and his supporters get the exception to your rule? You are the one who said voting Republican or Democrat is un-American so that means Ron Paul and his supporters are un-American in your book. Why do you support a un-American?
Ron Paul would be an exception. His policies are very pro nationalist, where as, in general most Republicans and Democrats support policies that transfer American sovereignty to international bureaucratic or international business interests.
"The war in Iraq, your war, Mr. Bush, is about how you accomplished the derangement of two nations, & how you helped funnel billions of taxpayer dollars to lascivious & perennially thirsty corporations like Halliburton and Blackwater, & how you sent 4,000 Americans to their deaths for nothing."
Like every other president since WW I, RR was also a CFR puppet. The CFR decided that GHWB was going to be VPOTUS under RR. In other words: No, HE didn't bring neo-cons into the White House. The CFR did.
Ours was the first revolution in the history of mankind that truly reversed the course of government, and with three little words:'We the people' ('WTP'). 'WTP' tell the government what to do,it doesn't tell us. 'WTP' are the driver, the government is the car.And WE decide where it should go,and by what route, and how fast...Our Constitution is a document in which 'WTP' tell the government what it is allowed to do.'We the people' are free.
Reagan won by giving lip-service to but eventually betraying principles that Ron Paul was advocating long before and has a 20+ year voting record of supporting.
If Carter wouldn't have decimated the military and our country's infrastructure, Reagan wouldn't have had to run the deficit so exorbitantly. GW had the same circumstances when he took office. Reagan built a strong military and country. Clinton almost completely obliterated the military. It is easy to eliminate the deficit when you eliminate military spending, temporarily. The cost for the next president is run away deficit to get the military/country where it should be.
I would remind you that W toppled the Iraqi regime (AND the Taliban!) in a matter of DAYS with CLINTON'S so-called "disseminated" military. Everything after THAT was Bush's incompetence. Even a few Republicans woke up in 2006 (lol). Thank God! Bush would still have Rumsfeld running things.
Waste is waste, whether it's bridges to nowhere or MIC welfare. Perhaps you don't remember all the fraudulent 80's defense contracts.
Low taxes are great, but we don't need another blank check president.
Paul's the only one who looks presidential, at least in a society which believes in what the constitution of the United States stood for many, many, many, years ago. Reagan tried and failed, but at least he tried. I know lots of people are comfortable with what they have and are part of the special intersts that are direct beneficiaries of govt. spending so change is unpopualar to them and I can empathize with them. I hope we can compromise so public and private sectors will flourish together.

FRIENDS, AMERICANS, fellow HUMAN RACE, best that YOU ALL 'lend RON PAUL yours ears' or settle for what you rightfully deserve to get. :(
nice. I wonder how many Republicans that voted for Ronald Reagan are voting for McCain simply because he's viewed as being on their side of the red team/blue team divide. It's surreal, really. People vigerously defend McCain at GOP conventions without even realizing what he stands for... and what they USED to stand for. Stand for something or you'll fall for anything, I guess.
"McCain? Well, he is McCain! I guess we really do get the leaders that we deserve.
I have a theory on how all of this has happened. While they have had all of us scrabbling over the removal of the 10 Commandments in public buildings, the lack of morality in our populace, & the degenerating condition of our public schools, we have once again missed the real agenda."
Beautiful film. Great mix of music with cinema.Should've be a prime time commercial, nationwide.I can't believe that everyone is not responding to Ron Paul. You'd really have to be kinda shallow not to.
Ron Paul was/is the only chance,America had to rid govt of corruption.Once in a lifetime.

Don't ONLY think of yourself, but rather, think of YOUR CHILDREN, GRANDCHILDREN & future generations.
YES! Give a little thought to how, if WE, as the current HUMAN RACE, don't stand up to ALL these BASTARDS NOW, future generations will think so poorly & sadly of us. :(
A MUST WATCH:
"Charlie Chaplin Warning us"

Great film...congrats. You just need to fix the audio when Reagan mentions foreign policy during the State of the Union. Its not so clear there.

This clip goes 'hand-in-hand' with "Charlie Chaplin Warning us" watch?v=ith6WydfipE

I have a theory on how all of this has happened. While they have had all of us scrabbling over the removal of the 10 Commandments in public buildings, the lack of morality in our populace, & the degenerating condition of our public schools, we have once again missed the real agenda."
