Another good example of bad poetry. All this Def Poetry Jam stuff is the same - the "poems" are really just lists of cliches, and all performed in the exact same corny cadence. The stuff that passes for creativity these days is ludicrous. I appreciate the effort to make poetry a more popular medium, but we can do better...please.
