  • hi coppers :)

  • i agree. they had no right tresspassing on this guys property without a warrant. therefor the cameras are his property. sooooooo how did he steal them?? Get a real job cop, and FOLLOW THE LAW ffs.

  • There is items left on my property, I take possession of them... somehow that is theft? Better give back that chair I found in the ally way too? >.>

  • If they suspected the home-owner of graffiti, then the violation of his privacy is A-OK (sarcasm).

  • oh, where should i put these really important investigation photos? oh, I'll just put them in this guys yard, no one will find them there.

  • STOLEN CAMERAS??/ hahah fuk the damn piggies....get smarter and how about isntall a smaller camera

  • @erinyeom Someone could use an English and Grammar lesson.

  • How do you steal cameras left on your own property? What the hell you bastard.

  • stolen cameras??? bawhahahah

  • Calling that "stolen property" only proves that those police are corrupt as shit.

  • acab. nice mustache. stolen? i dont think so. you put cameras on my property, they're MINE. you can have the trespass though. good job leaking photos of evidence.

  • You've got to love the word games that the officer uses. Taking something that was left on your property is not stealing. Canada, leave this big brother crap to America. Your better than this.

  • @aswtx75 Yeah, Canada. You're better than us. The only time you even come close to being as corrupt as us is when international organizations hold meetings.

  • Staff Sgt. Dan Seibel: "The distribution and publication of those photos would potentially jeopardize that investigation or could put a victim of a crime in a very awkward and potentially dangerous situation."

That's true, which is why RCMP officers should NEVER have allowed that data off the premises of the law enforcement offices. Yes, this takes a tiny bit of technical know-how (erase the SD Cards before they leave the premises), but that's your JOB, so learn how instead of blaming others.

  • Are you fucking joking?. It was illegally placed on HIS property. Fuck this planet, Fonsworth out.

  • Why would nordick be charged with anything anyways!??! cbc news.. come on..

  • Yo, what up Mansbridge?

  • Oh Cananda.

  • pitchers.

  • 1:45 Nice hair.

  • That's my town! D:

  • SMASH THE STATE & THE CAMERAS!

  • FUCK THE POLICE

  • This is really fucking sloppy.

  • If you leave something in my house intentionally, then its mine. Finders keepers.

  • will youtube ever full

  • Canada the police state.

  • Comment removed

  • Someone has commited a criminal act and stolen your cameras? Fucking pigs, no wonder people hate you instead of applauding you like heroes that a real police force would receive. You scum bags are a disgrace to our country.

  • Fuckin pigs

  • KKKANADA

  • ...This guy needs to wash his hair so badly :(

  • He didn't steal you cameras, piggie, you gave him two cameras by trespassing on his land and setting them up.

  • The guy is probably a drug dealer. Lol.

  • FUCK DA POLICE!

  • IF YOU STEP FOOT ON MY LAND WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AND LEAVE SOMETHING THERE THEN IT'S MINE!

  • Guy Fawkes mask? Look out, we've got a badass over here.

  • Stolen property? Oh please Mr Cop, don't try and turn this around.

  • I'll trade you your camera for the Marijuana evidence in the photo.

  • omg look at that officers eyes! he is such a lier

  • Stealing? It's like the time I threw eggs at my neighbors house. They stole my eggs!

  • We're gonna lend him a pair of handcuffs and rent him a room.

  • Hahaha, bloody idiot cops. Grow a brain.

  • fuck the police!

  • 1:35

    Really... fawkes mask.

  • LOL a criminal act in stealing cameras....WTF they were on his property for no reason

  • I'm Nordic too.

  • Yeah I realized that after I commented, but im still gonna venture to say that if the police in canada choose to give camera's away by placing them on a persons property then that person cannot be charged for theft when he sales them on ebay.

  • pff, "stealing our cameras". they trespassed onto his property and placed the cameras there. theyre his cameras now.

  • 0:30 skrillex 10 years from now

  • Stolen cameras that you illegals place somewhere right... how about you comeback pay the man for trespassing...Police crack me up.. I would smash them first and say oh they fell out of the tree and got ran over...

  • "STEALING OUR CAMERAS"??? fuckign seriously cops? you put them on his property

  • 2:09 Classic blaming the victim. I thought the RCMP were better than our corrupt police force in the U.S.

  • lol this sounds like that spy drone that crashed in iran.

"ehm so yeah we were spying on you guys and you caught us... can we have our spy equipment back please?"

  • When did Maya Rudolph become a reporter?

  • fucking goof pigs

  • Leave it to the fucking RCMP to not only put cameras where they can be found so fucking easily and for putting USED fucking memory cards in them, How fucking stupid...

It seems like you only need about a grade 3 education to join the Mounties, I wouldn't give the camera's back either, fuck them, you snooze you loose, I'd smash them. memory cards and all.

  • Yeah, charge the guy with theft, before you charge yourself with trespassing. Dick head,.!.._(o.O)_..!.,

  • @craig2541 no you stupid liberal hippie d*cks*cker, you pot heads wanna cry fowl when cops are videotaping trying to prove a crime, but you wanna have free reign to videotape the cops doing business......how many times have you put on body armor and held a gun to defend what you believe in whether overseas or in your own country...i guarantee you zero, so shut the f*ck up cause you have no clue what corrupt is cause you watching these hippie clowns on youtube complain. your a no body

  • they should have put a camera in his bathroom too

  • so its ok for a person to record a cop doing business but its not ok for cops to record someone suspected of a crime. a bunch of whiny little silverspoon fed hippies who are angry that they cant do whatever they want when it comes to the law. if you seriously want to complain about how things are in america, how about you live under a government rulled by the taliban. hell, go to mexico and live amongst the people and you will be running back across the border faster than the illegals are

  • @TheGixxxer750 It is ok for cops to record someone, but if they are doing so outside of the law then it becomes not ok. Have you read the constitution at all? Would you be ok with the cops installing a hidden camera in your bathroom without a warrant? Thats what it sounds like they did to this guy, at least i heard no mention by the cops there was a warrant to do so. Before you say anything no it wasnt his bathroom, but was his "private" property = no difference. btw its foul

  • @cougardout

This is in Canada. They don't have a Constitution per se.

  • Stolen your camera's?!?... Don't Fkn put um on His private property, where by law, they rightfully become his.. SO COPS SUCK IT!! Imma firefighter I don't have an issue letting your house burn.. Ops I misplased my matches.. your house must of stole it

  • This is why government intimidation forces (police) are buying drones.

  • Now that this guy has the cops by the balls, he should twist 'em really hard. These pricks should not be allowed to run roughshod over peoples rights,,,even in Canada eh?

And what's-up with that bird's nest on the cop's head? Pompous Narcissist.

  • @SixFootTallMidget SO I guess this means your not going to give me a blow job in the parking lot out back then ? LMAO

  • Finders keepers, losers weepers. If i found camera like that in my trees, I wouldn't be surprised if a large bird took a shit all over them.

  • if you come on to my property and put up cameras up and then leave i will assume it abandoned property and will not be returning them

  • @MsSarahJ56 Thief!!! ha ha unreal - they put cameras on his private property, then when he finds them call him a thief - that in itself is worthy of a libel suit!!

  • Don't give the Cameras back. possession is 9/10 of the Law. They were on your property. Break them real good too. so they can't use the same ones again someplace else. Fuck the Police they are scumbags. How dare them say you stole the Cameras, SHEESH.

  • @Claymationclay Break them eh...They'll just use your tax money to buy new one idiot. Return the damn thing and sue them for tresspassing on your property.

  • The fact that someone has commited a crimanal act and stolen our cameras!?!?

  • ha ha ha cops are such pieces of shit!! even if that dude was vandalizing with his graffiti, HE WASN'T DOING IT IN HIS FRONT YARD! so why spy on him? if i found cameras in a tree in my front yard i would put all that shit off the memory card online(minus the stuff that would be personal ie. the suicide and poor women with bruises) and then sell that shit on ebay.

  • I overheard that the captain wants his wife to be recorded and spyed on using gps trackers and survalance camera.

  • great job guys.... strong work

  • Herp

  • OK first off dude needs to wash his hair. Secondly dude is just trying to keep his drug business private !

  • If the dumbfuck pigs are genuinely concerned about the evidence, why did they leave it in these cameras on someone else's property? He surely can't be charged with stealing the cameras since the dumbfuck cops gave them to him!

  • "He stole our cameras"

    Classic.

  • I would have shot the fuc%% cameras!

  • Quite possibly the least intelligent cop I've ever had the displeasure of hearing. Which is quite an accomplishment given the typical sub trogodyte character of municipal, state/province and federal law enforcement officers in Canada/USA.

  • Wow, this brings the RCMP to another all-time low

  • criminal act and stolen your cameras? Don't put them on other peoples private property . .

  • nice dye job copper, shave yr' moustache on each side, voila- Les ensemble complet!

  • A citizen can go to jail for 75 years for recording a police officer in public but its OK for a cop to install a hidden camera without a warrant on private property? If this is what police are doing while the population is armed, imagine what it will be like when the public is disarmed. The NAZI's didnt lose the war! Germany lost the war. Nazi's are alive, well and operating right here in the U.S., calling themselves CEO's, police officers, congressmen and President. WAKE UP or die sleeping!

  • Nice to see Dudley Do-Right still working.

  • When the cops shoot someone, they evidently charge him with "stealing our bullets."

  • @ringozeitgeist LOL thats was a great Comment

  • The cop's got some nerve crying how he stole the cameras. No you can't get them back, they're exhibits A and B in the lawsuit. C will be the empty document holder where your warrant would be if you had one.

  • @CentristRevolution true that.

  • Harper's fascist police state is alive and doing very well in Canada, evidently

  • @techcafe Sure this is nothing. Injured workers in Canada are treated the same and much worse all the time. It is a regular habit for investigators to go around and catch you pick your arse so they can cut off benefits with the flimsiest of excuses. They work in teams. They will put cameras in your house, on the street corner, send people to jump out of the bushes at you, and they do this all the time. Nothing new to me or tens of thousands of injured workers in Canada.

  • His property, you now he has 2 cameras. He should set them outside the police station and watch them. The Government, Media, law enforcement will stop and nothing to hide there deep dark secrets.

  • @yomatie

You spelled "their" wrong. You now have zero credibility.

  • I think I am beginning to fall under the spell the US is infecting the rest of the world with. I really believe I should be afraid.

    Of Law enforcement...

  • Not sure what's more wrong. issuing camera to watch a spraypainter, violating the privacy of the people still contained on the camera or the police claiming he stole the cameras off his own property (They were unsure if a warrant had been issued to authorize use of cams there)

The police that placed the cams are the ones that are going to make the best use of Harpers new crime bill.

  • bust those fucking cameras with a hammer, then give them back fuck those cops saying it was stolen they can't just survey anyone they want, police protocol is a threat to national security!!!

  • hahahaha more RCMP idiocy, they commit the crime and then try to portray themselves as the victims, pure and utter dumb fuckers.

  • @MakesMeAngry that was in Canada dumb ass.

  • So he is a tagger and this is how it is handled? Concerned RCMP propery was stolen? Is this guy on crack? The RCMP needs a system wide enema.

  • Ohhh the RCMP at it again!!

Wow... talk about incompetence! But don't worry... the officers will get a slap on the wrist and go back to dealing drugs...

DON'T RETURN THE CAMERAS DUDE!!! The RCMP committed the criminal act - fuck them!

  • Surveillance Fail.

  • They sell those at Radio Shack. Just saw them last night.

  • DON'T PUT THEM ON SOMEONES LAND. THE COPS ARE THE BAD GUYS NOW. SHOOT FIRST THEN TROW THEM AWAY LATTER.

  • What were they going to catch him spray painting trees? idiots...

  • Id post all the pics on the net and if someone bitches tell them to ask the RCMP about it

  • The RCMP Are so above the law they don't even know what a law is anymore I can't belive those bastards get away with the shit they do they are a bunch of criminals that need to be shut the hell down

  • ~~> WeeeeeLLLLcooooome toooo tha Machine... Didn't take long to migrate...

  • Stolen the cameras? You put something on my property without my consent and it's mine.

  • So, I didn't notice until I re-watched, but did anyone else make note of the Guy Fawkes mask the guy "wears" when doing his graffiti? This was an attempt by Canadian Feds to spy on, what they must suspect to be, a member of Anonymous. Didn't that group already embarrass the FBI? So then what chance does the RCMP think THEY have? roflmao

Do not forget, Do not forgive, Expect more attempts by inept law enforcement to harass this guy and others. ;)

  • @Demonik13 The Rotten Carrots Mashed Potatoes are just another corporation doing a job and trying to justify their existence. That is why we have government make laws banning marijuana. Or at least until the Mernagh decision April 11, 2011, that said the medical marijuana legislation was unconstitutional. They already harass me by neglecting to hear or take my complaints. Medical murder and fraud are beyond their capabilities, especially when they are told hands off by government.

  • Every little snippet story like this on the TV just helps to enure people to the surveillance state future. The growth in number of the cameras is highlighted but their illegal/questionable basis for use is either not discussed, or only lightly explored.

It's rare to see follow-up resulting in legal actions finding against the police & system, leaving the impression in peoples' minds that it's yet something else "inevitable".

The same psyop method is used for many areas of NWO "change".

  • They count those cams as stolen? Are they on glue?

  • lmfao thanks for dropping these cameras off by my house pigs!

  • While the rising police state in the USA gets a lot of attention, there is actually a stronger legal basis for such in Canadian law, which does not as clearly articulate the rights of the public or acknowledge the democratic rule of the people (it cannot - Canada is a constitutional monarchy.)

  • I want to run to Canada and dropkick that dipshit cop's testicles.

  • How do you "Steal" something from a tree in your own yard, you stupid inbred cop?

  • Very interesting. I vant to know where you were on Friday night. Were you touching yourself?

  • This is Bad. Real Bad. This clearly shows our Canadian feds (RCMP) have no regard for our right to private property, and warrant-less searches. These clowns come on this man's property (assuming no warrant), and then want their cameras back. Ridiculous.

This guy might be guilty, I'm not defending this guy. But there's a justice system for a reason.

  • Wow, sloppy pigs! They actually left old case photos on the memory card?!

And I would NOT give those cameras back without filling them with holes first!

  • if their doing this in Canada, can you imagine what their doing in the US?...

  • @grendelcatthaha! I think you underestimate Canada body.

  • is sgt dumb ass Barney fief grand son

  • OMFG, seriously. stolen???????

  • So if they came and put 1000 dollars on my doorstep and I picked it up, I would be stealing police property?

  • @dhebert111

Apparently ya... Spin, spinning is their greatest weapon

  • That Pig even sounds like your typical Pig lol! "Give us back our stolen camera's that we illegally put there" lmfao!

  • "stolen our camera's"...LMFAO. fucking sell out pieces of shit

  • My tree grows cameras. suck it up.

  • Cretins, I'm starting to think they test for lack of morals before hiring for these positions

  • criminal act? fuck you they were put on the mans property they are now his property!

  • Here's an Idea idiots. Don't use the same memory cards with evidence on them in a area where you don't have positive control of them. Or you could just not sneak in and put hidden Cameras on private property. Either of these would work. But im leaning towards the latter...

  • brb putting illegal cameras in police officers gardens, what ? I would get arrested and go to jail for that : S

  • I would use them to photo my graffitti.

  • Blame the victim. Nice job officer.

  • @MendingMedia Hold up. If the police were trespassing, they are at fault. Obviously, it was meant to be a sting operation, but then they left him with sensitive evidence which is negligence on their part! If he is to be charged with theft of police evidence, they should rightfully be charged with trespassing. Since it was left on his property, he has not technically done anything wrong. The police should have been more intelligent. I'll bet they aren't ex-military.

  • @ChristopherJManess You would be surprised how much some law enforcement and intelligence personal (military or not) will lower themself just to get a promotion.

  • @MendingMedia Actually, I wouldn't. I'm a SLED officer and ex-military. I've seen good and bad, and regardless of position, people are people.

  • @MendingMedia the officer totally failed on this one eh. also just goes to say in small towns sometimes officers get bored

  • 0.23 When he got oot of the car... lol Canadians.

  • I would hold the cameras and memory cards hostage. I wouldn't give them back the cameras at all, i'd return the memory cards because the photos on it are not yours, but definately keep the cameras. They'd look nice hooked up in the trees by the police station LOL

  • sue those motherfuckers! the pocketbook is the only place which will have any lasting affect on them. they ARE the criminals in this and many cases.

  • If they are in fact "stolen", where is the warrant to arrest? Why hasn't he been charged. ;-)

  • Ahhh...so the old boy was out wearing masks, and vandalizing other peoples property, so they put cameras on his...and he gets mad? SERIOUSLY? (The "comments" prove how little people respect anothers' property now). Give the cameras back, tell them to stay off your property, and stop being a 35 year old douchebag tagging stupid shit on somebody elses stuff, moron.

  • @TheCaptainSlappy lmao ok slave we will forget our freedoms because your a tool lmao fuck you slave and your masters.

  • @TheCaptainSlappy Lets say he was tagging. How would them doing constant "surveillance" on his house do them any good? They wanted to know who his friends where who was coming to his house and what they where doing while there.otherwise they would put the cameras where he would likely tag. But make an irrelevant argument about people treating others the same while ignoring the Police's total lack of boundaries these days. They get to shot you down in the street for J walking. your fault right?

  • Canada is now a Fascist Neo Con state, just like the U.S.

  • "hasn't been charged with anything"....yet. I sure hope he documented and videotaped where the cameras were before he removed them. In the U.S., there are a number of laws pertaining to this - theft of gov. property, obstruction of justice, interference with investigation, etc. Even if you find a GPS or other tech. on your car or other property, you can be arrested for removing it[or whoever removes it]. People can be arrested for TELLING someone they found surveillance equip. Be careful!

  • Stolen your cameras, eh? Try to charge them, then. Let's see what comes out in the wash, shall we?

  • I would rather see this guy's graffiti on a wall - at least it adds a little color to this drab world - than see their ugly-ass camera hanging from a tree.

  • Stolen our cameras lol are you joking me!!!!

  • They were obviously trying to bust this kid for growing marijuana ;-D

  • Big brother is retarded.

  • Fuck the facist police. I honestly wouldnt care if some of these police nowdays get the shit beaten pit of them.

  • The man in the wig who claims that the RCMP's cameras which they left on his property have been stolen is as hilarious and his wig.

I get the feeling that the RCMP would not like this case to go to court as they would be seen to be in the WRONG big time.

  • Canadian and American NAZI POLICE thinks Everyone who owns a Guy Fawkes mask is a Terrorist and Must be Spied on 24/7.

  • stolen the cameras? THEY gave him the cameras themselves, illegally lol! btw, why didn't they press charges on the kid then? cause it wouldn't hold up in court and they know that..

  • Big Brother is watching you.......

  • If the camera is on his property. Its his not theirs!

  • FUCKING PIGS

  • "Stolen our cameras"?! What a cunt.

  • nice to see Canada is taking another page out of the UK playbook

  • fuck them assholes , flush the camera's down the toilet.

  • If this cameras were on his property then he hasn't stolen anything. I'd sue the shit out the police.

  • I WOULD SUGGEST THEY UPLOAD ALL THE STUFF TO YOUTUBE (ANONYMOUSLY) AND CLAIM SOMEONE STIOLE THEM FROM THE LAWYERS OFFICE..

  • HOW CAN THOSE JERK OFFS PRETEND ITS THEFT WHEN THIS MAN FINDS THEM ATTACHED TO HIS TREES? THAT DYED HAIR PHONEY MOUNTIE IS LAUGHABLE.

    COPS ARE SO PATHETIC..

  • If anyone wonders what camera that is...
