I'm loving it actually. I like the downtimes the most. Where the preceding parts are echoing and resonating. And then that 'clock' starts. Awesome!
I think this kind of atmosphere deserves an intriguing, harrowing, single-player plot to go along with it. To me, it tells a story and I reckon it'd be great playing in the background as you approach a dark area... but anyway it's awesome :D
