@irkekler123 You wont get sick, if you got to know how to eat it. If you're not used to sushi and want to try it, just avoid raw things (: and worms? That wouldnt happen if it was made by professionals. Also, just dont eat it at a consistant rate like 3 days every week. But i guarantee you, its not as bad (:
Many of them looks very much like my close relatives too, and we also went to all Korean and Japan doing studying and business, now, even more. :) Due to opened the door completely now. :) It is shocking to see and know this because previously we can not see so much videos without Youtube's help. :)
I also guess many Japanese maybe actually Chinese escaped there long time ago due to wars or natural disasters. But why their language turn to parts of Chinese and so quick, have no clue yet. :)
So like I guess actually sushi was invented from smartest Chinese at 7th. century. :) But I guess if we save them like wine longer will be better taste or make them fresh is best? Can they turn to like rice wine taste if we save them in cold place over a month? Still thinking this idea and why ancient people like to save them longer time to eat ?:) We should focus on nutritious rather than fancy patterns. Well creative in patterns is Ok , but not the focus though. :) Materials. :)
I always make only simple nori maki. This is awesome! Cutting my maki into 4 quarters for the pattern like this would be tough though. I have hard enough time cutting it into normal bites. Good job! Thanks for sharing.
The video goes a little bit too fast, especially with the grainy video, but it looks very easy to do. I wish you had shown the recipe for the filling in the center.
Hahaha I just watched the video again and I see what I did wrong. Instead of cutting the roll into quarter pieces. I made two rolls and cut them in half. Now I really want to try this again. Also I incorporated all the ingredients of a california roll in the center. but I dont think that mattered.

I made this the other day, it didn't turn out too bad, but it was still in the shape of a circle, not a square. Also it was my first time ever making sushi. I think I used too much rice in the smaller rolls. But it really made me want to try more designs and gain more experience
Well, I had a sushi battle last weekend and I saw this roll in some internet clips, I was trying to figure out how this could be done, I took much time and tried so many difficult ways, I even tried to shape every half circle by hand and then laying it in the roll, but I had no success. Now I see how easy you have done this and this is so great and I am so thankful, but it is also so frustrating, because I tried so hard and did not make it :-)
Oh my goodness you are so clever! i'm just beginning but i will def try this out! I love your vids, so simple and to the point, but everything we need to know.
I make nori maki and nigiri at home, but THIS combining of fractional shapes is all new to me! VERY nicely done, great presentation and you've given me ideas about unique shaps for special meals, such as my wife's birthday dinner tonight.
Actually no I cannot take the credit for this style, I've seen it before and admired how it looks. It's difficult to find this particular kind of roll on-line, so I did the unthinkable and in real life asked a friend of mine who already knew how to do it. She was a peach to have described it so well, once I realised it's simplicity it was easy to make this. Thanks for taking the time to comment!!
I hadn't ever tried sushi up until a few years ago... Mostly because I thought I didn't like fish.. or I guess I thought sushi was made of raw fish and I didn't really like that idea. I tried it and realised that it can be basically any random mixture of food and rice. Like cooked chicken or beef, or veggies.. It's actually really good, but it's not for everybody, I mostly like how creatively presentational it is. It's like art with food. :)
I know right? I always wondered too, and then thankfully a friend of mine filled me in. I think the best part is how surprisingly easy it really is!! Thanks so much for watching!! :)
