Hmm i do the same thing with u i got Vegas Pro 11 first i lags like fu*k even on draft halfsize and second when i render a 20 sec video it takes like 20 min ....and i render normal 10 min videos for no more then 15 - 20 min...!?

First of all. when you installed twixtor. did you fetch this directory:

or did you just press next to get finished with the install?

Just a quick tip for you lot, if your clip is lagging hold shift and B and it buffers the clip so it doesnt lagg anymore :)

Vegas can slow down the audio to exactly 25% (original length x4). If you have SoundForge you can use a VST called élastique Timestretch and slow the audio down to 10% (but you can add it twice and slow it to whatever you want).
