  • hello anthonymiglio, you know, me and my classmates are studying a technical high school, we are on our senior year, and we want to make a cnc plasma cutter for our graduation project, your machine seems to work very accurate and nice, so we wanted you to help us, can you!? can you tell us with more details what mechanisms and circuits did you use for the machine and how did you control it all!? thanks for your help!!

  • thats cool we have a plasma cutter at our shop in school but its not water cooled like that

  • I use a plasma burner at my job =) i work with W. Speirs & Sons Ventialtion Engineering in Scotland, but the one i use has no water, it just sits on metal blades & its not steel its cuts, its galve. What is the water for?

  • probly to contain the heat and sparks coming out of the plasma cutter after it passes through the metal

  • The water has two functions in a CNC Plasma Cutting Table:

Minimize thin sheets deformation. It cools down the metal sheet by making contact with the water on the side facing down and letting the top side dry for the plasma.

Pollution reduction. Most of the pollution is contained in side the water, not spreading the smoke fog to the atmosphere.

  • the one i use at my work is alot bigger than this one. we used to run it without water. the water cuts down on the sparks and the smoke alot. we use wooden slats to sit the metal on.

  • This is the best machine video I've seen so far. VERY COOL!!!

  • Parabens pela maquina.Voces comercializam o THC somente?Marcello
