When doing the bachandspring try to keep your arms straight the whole time while doing the move they are not supposed to bend when you hit the floor. You have a loot of guts. It reminds me of myself when I learned the move. Try to keep the arms straight the whole time you are doing the move

coming from some hope was a gymnast you need to try a roundoff into a back handspring (WHICH TO THE JACKASS BELOW IS WHAT HE IS DOING A BACKFLIP WOULD BE STAND YOUR HANDS NOT HITTING THE FLOOR ITS CALLED A STAND BACK TUCK) and it might help try to do some pull ups or push ups to help out your upper arm strenth (which is what you need by the way:D) just some helpfull hints dont let the jackass purseud you to give up :D
k so first of all u get nowhere near a backflip.. ur doin back handsprings.. and second.. why in the crap do u keep going to ur elbow? and third... give up.
