@friztag06 Near the sand dungeon in the desert city, after beating Teasle Tron, you'll find someone around in the shadows of a temple piece. He won't sell you anything unless you're "evil". Some of the stuff he sells is pretty rare too. Buy everything from him, then you should go donate or do something good... otherwise the other shops won't sell you stuff at a good price or even talk to you. They'll even talk bad about you and stuff.
