  • Nice! How and where did you mount your camera? I have a new "spy camera" about the size of a pack of gum that I'm going to use on my BOT.

    Thanks

  • Hey pal, great video, thanks for sharing! I'm about to buy an RC glider (probably a WM Aure), so i'm looking up for websites containing tips and techniques regarding RC soaring, finding thermals, etc... Could you suggest me some? Thanks!

  • Awesome! What camera did you use?

  • wow.. this is amazing

  • I enjoyed the video and I'm curious how much difference the additional weight and parasite drag of the camera makes to the duration of a flight.

  • Thank you for your nice words! Amazingly , the performance did no suffer much. The reason is that the Bird of Time flies very slowly and the camera is only about the size of a typical USB thumb drive, hence the drag is minimal. I've flown the same camera on my electric Spectra and also noticed ver little performace change. I am going to experiment with laying the camera down longitudanally and using a small mirror looking forward on some of my faster aircraft. Thanks again..Les
