I love attacking from the overhook but I never knew how to effectively clear it. One of the guys at my gym started discovering overhook attacks as well so this will be essential against him.
What's Up!? What would you do if they have both arms trapped? I'm guessing you would free one arm first and then go through the series you just showed. Let a brother know lol. THANKS!
