Is the GST right back necessary if you're operating on a cash basis. That is, if you haven't made the claim for it yet. Can you just enter the GST inclusive amount to start with it in the Bad Debts account? Thanks for helpful video.

If you enter the GST write back this way it will not be picked up in the BAS link so why are you not entering the full amount including GST
