    thanks for posting : )

  • Awesome video! Sandy Stewart has the most angelic voice EVER, and Stevie Nicks is still as beautiful and talented as ever. Thanks for posting. I've been a Stevie Nicks/Fleetwood Mac fan since I was in my early to mid teens. I'm 43 years old now, and I still have never lost my passion for their style of music. I don't think I ever will.

  • I had this cassette! Great tune....thanks for posting....haven't heard it in decades!

  • I'm in love with this song! It gives me chills!

  • Beautiful Lyrics...wonderful duet :o)

  • Sandy Stewart never got half the recognition she should have. She's not only a wonderful songwriter, but she's got an absolutely beautiful voice.

  • Is this the same Sandy Stewart who played with Jimmy Clanton in "Go Johnny Go" in 1957?

  • It is not! :)

  • That was another, older Sandy Stewart.

  • What a beautiful song...I have the album, but wish I could find a cd...thanks so much for the video.

  • It's out on CD now....check Amazon.

  • That first photo is from when they were filming the video of If Anyone Falls...

I never seen many of these pictures before...

This is an amazing song and you have amazing pics thanks for posting!!!!

  • stevie's vocals are SO good here, and the voice contrasts well with sandy stewart.

  • When I heard this song by Sandy & Stevie in 1983, it sounded so intimate, that I actually thought that maybe Sandy & Stevie Nicks were ...well ... (wink wink).

To this day, I'm more than certain that I'm correct, except it's Stevie & Sharon Celani that are ... (wink wink). I'm sure of it!

  • I dont' think so...Stevie loves her friends...but she loves male energy.

  • Oh, you would be surprised Cindy. I am a deep fan of Stevie Nicks, and there is much about her that the media never will know, like her wearing glasees at home.

Stevie has very close girl friends because she has fought MUCH sexism in the music business over the past 40 years.

  • There are lots of pictures w/her wearing glasses.

  • Sandy released the "Saddest Victory" video in 1983 on MTV. I haven't seen it since.

  • Hey.. just wanted to let you know I uploaded "Saddest Victory" here on YouTube. =)

  • My favorite Sandy Stewart song was "Saddest Victory" but can't find it anywhere. Great song.

  • @paisano It's now up on youtube.

  • LOL this is true...will have to search e-bay or something to find a copy!! Would love to hear the whole album

  • I have always heard about this song...GREAT to finally hear it. Anyone know where to get a copy???AWESOME

  • I have the album....doesn't help much, since I can't copy it to cd. If you can find it somewhere, however, it's a great album.

  • Great job on the video... I still have this album... Would love to have it on CD...

  • Thanks so much for this song, Love It!

Would you happen to have the Blue Yonder Lp. I would Love to hear some songs on that one also. I have it but I don't have a player right now. *It's too bad Sandy didn't keep going she has a very unique way about her.

  • I used to have this album, it was great...don't know what became of it...hmmm...

  • You really hear her on Stevie's "Nightbird". I remember her video for "Saddest Victory" from Catdancer. Thanks for posting.
