@That1guyIdontknow not really, insurance is important, but even top notch insurance, which Billy surely had, cant prevent you from dieing, especially from a heart attack brought on by poor diet and lack of exercise. It wasn't the coke, it was his poor health that killed him despite being able to easely afford all the midical bills in the world.
