Does anybody really expect a law that formerly could get you jailed to be replaced by an unregulated free for all? You have to let the establishment regulate,restrict and tax it. A No vote could cost the movement everything.

Dennis, I am sympathetic with you. You must realize that Prop 19 will come to pass. You must also realize that the California Supreme Court has struck down limits entirely on what patients may possess. There is no way that because Prop 19 passes, patients protected by Prop 215 and SB 420 will suddenly be forced to only grow 25 square feet of plant matter or only possess an ounce. It will also not affect their ability to smoke in public. VOTE YES ON 19

Those who worry about their over priced Medical Marijuana profits have good reason to worry. If Prop 19 passes---Marijuana prices are going to go way down and put the Medical Marijuana CONS out of business. Current $350-$400 an ounce medical marijuana--will drop to like $50 an ounce. I don't know about other people---But I will gladly pay taxes on $50 an ounce Legal Marijuana compared to paying no taxes on $400 an ounce medical marijuana. VOTE YES ON PROP 19
