It is a valid, legal, State certified birth certificate. It is the only type of birth certificate that Hawaii has issued since 2001, when they had all their vital records converted to electronic format.

There is a link there that shows Obama had to obtain a waiver of current DOH policy in order to get his long form, because they no longer issue them.

You cannot determine the birth certificate to be a forgery/fraud by looking at a digital image of it.
Any real expert would say exactly that. The pdf is not a legal document. Only the ACTUAL PAPER document matters, which the State of Hawaii has already said is authentic. What they say is all that matters.

It is a valid, legal, State certified birth certificate. It is the only type of birth certificate that Hawaii has issued since 2001, when they had all their vital records converted to electronic format.
Obama had to obtain a waiver of Hawaii DOH policy in order to get his "long form" birth certificate. Do try to keep up.

There is a link there that shows Obama had to obtain a waiver of current DOH policy in order to get his long form, because they no longer issue them.
The Certification of Live Birth is a valid, legal, State certified birth certificate.

You cannot determine the birth certificate to be a forgery/fraud by looking at a digital image of it.
Any real expert would say exactly that. The pdf is not a legal document. Only the ACTUAL PAPER document matters, which the State of Hawaii has already said is authentic. What they say is all that matters.
If you have not done so, now would be a good time for you to read Article IV Section 1 of the US Constitution.

Obama told me that he was born in Mombasa Kenya. I visited that town in 78 when I did my two years on the USS Midway. That is why I remember it so well. It shocked me that I had met someone in Japan in 1992 and he (Obama) told me that he was born in Mombasa Kenya. I never forgot that conversation all of these years.
