  • My keyboard can play this :)

  • really, really great for practicing. If you're stuck on playing something really hard technically and/or hard to articulate, play this to clean your fingers. Play this a little and the other pieces you'l play afterwards will sound so much better!

  • hahahh this reminds me of La Corda D'oro hahah this songs sounds so peaceful on a violin ><

  • Revolutionary is not even colser to the harder etudes of Chopin. It is among the medium ones with the Op.10 No.5.... Ah, what I was thinking about: Are you a musician?

  • ..wonderful!!!..a great etude...but for me LA CAMPAMPANELLA and REVOLUTIONARY are 2 of the most hardest etudes..but still..GREAT..

  • @araemiko15 la campanella isn't an etude

  • @PianoDude1011

Actually, La Campanella is Liszt's third Paganini Etude, so it is an etude.

  • This tempo is so wonderful! The song was even more beautiful! Even more cantabile. Sorry my english; Google Translate helping me!

  • Synthesia sounded like it had to go pee really badly...

  • 2:13-2:21

    WHOA!!!!

    (faints)

  • lol I can play revolutionary and the ocean but not this...lol

  • @EvolutionaryGamingEG y...y...you can?!?!

  • @PianoDude1011 yeah It took me several weeks but I can. I'll upload a vid. on my other channel of it some time.

  • While the machine can't put the same emotion that a pianist can, it seemed to me to have more emotion than all of the 'pop' crap.

  • funny that some comment say it is so hard to listen to..

for me it is very interesting to hear this emotionless program play what is normally such an emotive piece

can it be said, its soullessness lends very well to the theme "tristesse": sadness? i can almost feel it

  • How can I get the MIDI file of this song?

I like this song very much, but can't find any in two-hand player.

Hm, I mean anybody can link me to download the MIDI file in two-hand-play?

I want to get two colors in this Synthesia so it would be easier to learn.

  • I was watching this, thinking, "Hmm, I could probably figure out how to play this." At about 1:27, I took it back. XD

  • @KellyRiddellMusic lol same like me

  • after i 100% learn opus 13 mvt1 in c minor number 8 ( pathetiqeue) i am so going to try learn this

  • after i 100% learn opus 13 mvty in c minor number 8 ( pathetiqeue) i am so going to try learn this

  • in mexico ther a person that its retired, his name is jose jose and the song its divina ilusion , its a romantic song, and its veri good with, test it and you will agree, it blow your heart out

  • THANKS FOR THE TUTORIAL!!

  • thx for the video...However this is one of the pieces that no machine can play it.....has to be a human..and i love this piice because it talks about my life.....:')

  • @Richomio1

Agree, i was like so disappointed to hear those fake sound in a midi.

Therefore, it's necessary for me to play it at least once everyday by myself, by my soul.

  • @tonyngjichun yh i agree with u too. i love to play this piece too...:)

  • @tonyngjichun hence the name "synth"esia

  • @Richomio1 This is one of the few songs where no current machine could even come close to a human rendition.

  • is this difficult to play? I'm not a pianist. However I'm a total piano music geek. So, what's the dificulty to it?

  • although this may help...this is not the way to learn music like this

the sheet music is actually more accurate believe it or not

i find that synthesia is good to see complex patterns or get an idea of how hard a piece is this is not the ideal way to learn a piece...especially like this

  • love love love love love it!

  • it drives my eyes crazy...

  • whoa! Chopin's cool... I'd rather listen to it than watch those notes go up and down in frenzy... xD

  • 3:32 to 3:40 is beautiful

  • Really nice Shepard-tone "Ascending but not ascending" part at 2:14!

  • @Skyfinity im not pro, i just want to share want i'm thinking...

i think at 2:14 heard likes ascending because the way he press made the volume decrease..then, it heard likes ascending..

    but i dont actualy know...lol..

  • One of Beethoven's Composition had the same title "Tristesse" but it's not an etude

  • where do i find this music sheet? i want one so i can also play it. i love this piece. if anybody here reading my posted comment righ now, can you please reply my comment telling me where do i get one? just a download for free from the internet. exactly like this playing. please?

  • just search a pdf on 4shared.com

  • @silentprincess99 IMSLP.org, if you haven't found it yet.

  • sintesia))

  • wat's programm is that&?!

  • @LamoLamos synthesia

  • This song is too hard....! :(

  • fuuck 2:13 ist amazin... itz crazyy

  • this tempo seems really shaky...

  • @ferretfrenzy05

It's a well known fact, that Chopin frequently used rubato in his pieces.

  • o no i know that, its just it the tempo variations sounded were more blocky than smooth, if you get what im saying. it didnt sound like there was a gradual rise and fall of the tempo.

  • Yeah, got what you meant. Sorry, that i missunderstood you at first time.

  • this program looks helpful but is it possible to give it different / better voicing? The "piano" midi sound on this is borderline unlistenable! Can you plug in a different instrument/sound?

  • Thank you.
