Beside that, the prices can't be much higher than the competition; one reason of their success is "that cellphone" apps are very cheap or free. What Microsoft can do is charge less from developers (the competition charges 30%). This will cut the already low income of WinMo division.

Cool vid I like it.
Use the name Microsoft created "OneApp" and use it for both Windows mobile and Zune HD, and you have a winner.
People want more then just a cell phone or just a music player.
