  • strength and strength endurance are two different things strength would land in a rep range of 4-6 reps whilst strength endurance lands in 10-15 reps

  • this guy bagged bodybuilders in another vid but then he says to do strength endurance at 4:14 which is basically for hypertrophy not strength
