when you connect your ipod to itunes, there are options under the summary of your ipod, just check the box that says "sync only checked items" then the files you have checked will be the only ones that will sync onto your ipod.

You go to itunes and click on your ipod icon in the sidebar go to the photos tab and un-select what you don't want a your device.

yeah you can make an itunes account for free and you can download alot of applications for free and store all your music in it too.

but if your trying to get new videos and albums from it then it costs money so your better off downloading stuff from other places then just storing them in your itunes :)

So its probebly your computer or your touch that is fucked up.. it is totaly wurth the money if you jailbrake your ipod touch. you can find tonns of clips on how to do it here on youtube.
