it's called an EX special you do it the same way as the normal special moves but insted of pushing 1 button you push two at the same time.

This stuff is good basic but very solid combos for Ryu players like myself 5 STARS***** And whoever Ken is better Ryu is wrong they both have there strong points and weak points. It really just depends on how the player use the character.
