i will certainly look into getting d necesary permits to keeping a hawk but that still leaves me with trying to tame and train a hawk is there any books or litrature that i can read on the subject matter.
i recently started looking at falconry video iam facinated with what i see i live in trinidad and tobago in the carribean falconry is not a sport i see hawks all over how do i get involve maby u can tell easy way to trap a hawk and how to tame it please contac me at spearfish247@yahoo.com
@barrysookram We do not tell people how to trap birds or how to train them. All raptors are protected by laws whether State, Federal or International. Having one without the proper licenses and permits is illegal. I recommend calling the Department of Environment (or Game and Fish Department) where you live and ask them about the process to become a falconer.
Dude, great sideshow! "Time of your life" song......how appropriate for such a sport! I also like how you put the birds name and species so we know what it was. Can't wait to see more!!!!
Thanks! I appreciate the comment. I'm working on another slide show with some other birds now and will hopefully have it up in a day or two. I've been a falconer for nearly 26 years and had TONS of birds and have also done a lot of trapping with friends helping them get their birds too.
Great video :-)
Funny to see how you've changed throughout the years LOL

Thanks. I try my best. I just use a small, cheap camera but it seems to work pretty well. I've had a LOT of birds over the years and loved them all!
