  • Great song from a super album!!!!

  • great song, great video slides, and the pix fits the story line superb !!!! :)

  • My second favorite ABBA song.

    Thank you.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • thank you I Love this group and all there music, yours Lawrence R,,.

  • Love this song. It reminds me of the trip our school friends (University of Madrid, Spain) took in the Easter of 1975. Paris's spring was cold and rainy, Belgium and Holland was still snowing, we threw snowballs on the street and rented two-seat bicycles sightseeing, Abba's songs were in the air.... Can you imagine, I am a Taiwanese American now living in Southern California :)

  • this song reminds me of a crush i had on a boy when i was 10 years old, because his name is Harry xD

  • I think all of us can remember such a summer and such a person who seemed larger then life...then coming upon the reality one day so much later. Oh, to live in dreams where everything is perfect and timeless...

  • that picture with that dutch windmill on the background, that windmill looks like the mill in my village XD funny

  • Call me old fashioned or what But this is great I was in Paris when this song was aroundgreat love long gone but well remembered

  • So 6 people do not like this? Well, there`s always that 1% of people with really bad taste. Go on, listen to your "One direction" then, I am listening to this - and singing at karaoke as well!:)

  • what an amasing band , it might be the greatest one , timeless music !

  • I thought the line: >An now you're working in a bank, a family man and a football fan; and your name is Harry< was just in the movie, so who the heck is Harry in this case????

  • an absolute Abba fan!!!! XD

  • why do we have to grow old? and why do never realise what you have until it's gone?

  • Who here wants an Abba reunion?

  • ABBA was my favorite group when I was a teenager and in the military. I am not ashamed of that and I actually caused my sister to become an ABBA fan. And to see Mamma Mia in the theater and on Broadway makes the music even more wonderful.

  • @macro1958 I also saw Mamma Mia on Broadway last Feb !!! ABBA + nyc = Heaven !!!!!! Best night of my life except when I saw them live in concert Glasgow 1979 !!!!!!

  • see that? u can hardly see the dislike button. thank you so much sweden for giving us these wonderful musicians. brilliant!

  • All ABBA songs are nice however this one is the best!

  • maravilhoso !!!

  • 1:10 I love that pic sorry

  • 3:10 I love that pic

  • 10:10 I love that pic

  • Real songs are great

  • Can help falling in love with this! my favorite bands ever!

  • @ngjoe77 I don't think they're going to be reuniting, because, if I'm not mistaken, one of the men has Alzheimer's or something like that and can't remember ever being part of the group.

  • another Abba classic

  • is it wrong that I think the songs in Mamma Mia are better, their more up beat

  • por que sera que siento que vivi antes de los 80's con estas canciones tan bonitas si naci en los 80's alguien tiene una idea?

  • A - ABSOLUTL;EY

    B - BRILLIANT

    B - BEAUTIFUL

    A - ARTISTS

  • @grooverheliboy I couldn't have said it any better, they were fenomenal !!! No other band ever did better.

  • WOW I love everything about this song. It instigates alot of emotions a human can endure in its 4+ minutes.

  • after so many decades of summer and they themselves have been talking about it...will it happen? I am talking about a REUNION? I have been praying about it.. MY LIFE WILL BE WHOLLY COMPLETE AFTER my loved ones and good health when I catch them together for a 3-hr concert any where in this planet even in Stockholm and i am from Singapore! plz, can anyone close to them tell me???

  • @ngjoe77 they're never gonna reunite...

    abba is over for good!

  • every time I hear this song I always feel so Nostalgic and crying (^-^)

  • One of the best from a great group.

  • Today this keeps me alive. ABBA',s studio management was way past the best.In my 68 yrs.I've never heard better. The Isaacs (gospel group ) do come close to this quality.

  • Excellent track. Great voices coupled with great arrangements.

    Cheers for posting.

  • One of my favorite ABBA songs!

  • abba rule simples

  • I cry when I hear this song. Best vouice ever

  • Lovely composition! Pity it did not make to the Top three as a pop hit.

  • @frankie3715 they didn´t release it as a single..if they had done, I´m sure it would have been in the top three..

  • such a sad song, coming from the best pop group ...

    love frida's voice in this..

  • "like we were dancing our last dance" whaat a beautiful line. Sad but uplifting.

  • One of my favourites,I've been listening to Abba since I was about 12, I'm almost 50 now and abba still rocks.

  • I love seeing all the photos! Oh yeah and the music is a bonus...LOL

  • lol my mom used to play ABBA music when I was really little so I've always loved it. now I'm 13 :P surprisingly alot of people in my homeroom know the lyrics to most of their songs. ABBA SHALL NEVER DIE <3

  • words here wont suffice. Vocals so crisp, music absolutely perfect and lyrics- a full story in few stanzas and that crying guitar. How many times i would have heard this song, may be good 100 and still hungry for it. God bless the creators of such melodies.

  • @kunwarvikas

Benny Andersson and Bjorn Ulvaeus. There will never be anything like them.. and then Agnetha and Annifrid singing it,,, how did they get together.... creating this once in a thousand years group...

  • my fav song of all time!! Abba forever

  • Ok I'll admit it... I hadn't heard of this song until watching Mama Mia (dang near worn my DVD slam out LOL), but it is just so touching and poignant. I've always loved ABBA but considering that I was barely school age when they first hit here in the US, I beg forgiveness for being unaware of their lost gems. Mea culpa

  • This song is so deep. *-*

  • love them

  • @LoveThemMusic I too!!

  • this is just perfect <3 ...ma grandpop got Beatles ! my dad got Abba ! My brother got Aerosmith and i have Justin BIEBER !

  • @SuperLucky97 We still have The Beatles, ABBA and Aerosmith!! :D it's music that never dies!

  • @RosySuperBeatleFan yes...you're right...but it's not popular :) i hate this Bieber-Gaga Era...i would love to recall that years :(

  • @SuperLucky97 I obviously DON'T like that kind of music and I used to hate it too and I tried to make my friends see that old music is better... but well, I just don't listen to new music and I don't care when someone says I'm weird for that :) I feel that you really need to care about something to hate it, and I just don't care about most of today's artists so I don't hate them:)

besides, I'm a Peace & Love girl<3 mostly because of the beautiful songs I listen to... like this one;D

  • I love this song!

  • I think this version in the movie Mamma Mia is better.

  • Fantastic bass line!

  • Abba songs is like a breath of me :) This is my favourite song.:)

  • always in my heart

  • another Abba classic wish they had never broken up nearly every sung was a master piece

  • Is it Frida or Agnetha singing this song please ?

  • @Aleksylie Frida is singing, Agnetha is singing the chorus part.

  • @VideosDepeche Thank you ! ♥

  • @Aleksylie Both sing at times. Frida has a warmer sound to her voice and Agnetha has a higher and more pure sound. They complimented each other very well.

  • This song is so well-written and sung that it is actually "painful" to listen to; it pulls so many good memories and is such a "good-bye" melody that one yearns to go back to where and when it all happened...

  • One of my favorite ABBA songs!

  • Time goes so fast

  • Frida sings this song incredibly well.

  • Wow. I last listened to this song in about 1986 and since then, I have been looking for it ! It's 25th May 2011 and I have only just listened to it - since 1986 ! Back then, I was only 8 and the melody was rather catchy - it has stuck with me since then ! I never understood the lyrics but now as a 32 year old person, I must say that the lyrics are rather beautifully sad, the sort that bring up memories that choke you up. Sob.

  • O.o @ their clothes xD

  • fantastic music video in addition to good pictures

  • Don't argue whose version is better, just be grateful that after all these years, Abba records are still being heard and appreciated.

  • i'm a bloke (honest) but im not ashamed to admit that this song can reduce me to tears -- especially when i'm singing it at the top of my voice in the car!

  • i'm a bloke (honest) but im not ashamed to admit that this song can reduce me to tears -- especially when i'm singing it at the top of my voice in the car!

  • Frida's voice is magic indeed. :))

  • Only a fool could like colin firth's version better. I bet he doesn like he's version better. haha..

  • Listen people, I love ABBA as much as the next fan, but you have to accept there are going to be other versions of this song and people will like them, because they are a tribute to ABBA, they are showing people what a fantastic song ABBA created and are singing it because, like you, they love it. Colin Firth did not murder the song, you just don't like anyone else to sing it. Colin sang it beautifuly, he didn't do anything disrespectful, we are not in the past anymore, we have to let go :)

  • I have been a fan of Abba for years and for some reason, never realized how beatiful this song is. Thanks to Mamma Mia, the movie, I can now realize what I was losing. Thanks for the video, dholm13

  • @232lalas Colin Firth murdered this song, how could you even compare this version and his in the same sentence?

  • @GorillaBoy2129 I like Colin Firth's version more, too.

  • Comment removed

  • I think Agnetha have a wonderful voice. The best I've ever heard.

  • Collin Firth brought this song back to life, he aced it!

  • Thanks for this beautiful video......to accompany a song sung by God's own angels..

  • great guitar solo by Lasse Wellander by the way

  • What I like about ABBA is that the song lyrics tell a story, not like today's songs that have random lyrics with no meanings just thrown on paper and BOOOM you have a song. No. They wrote the lyrics with meaning.

  • I actually prefer when Colin Firth sings it :P

  • @CBeautrelet me too lol i love colin

  • Wow, what a wonderful (re)discovery! I think I must have heard this song before, but it must have been *decades* since the last time, because I had no memory of it at all apart from a faint sense of familiarity at the back of my head.

But it is absolutely lovely, one of Abba's very best – I agree with those who say that this song is underrated.

  • A beautiful song which deserves more recognition. The vocal harmonies are superb and put most modern bands to shame.

  • Adoro - Love

  • this has been one of my favourites always.. no matter what the charts said..

  • @plilly Same here. Probably their most underrated song ever.

  • @plilly charts said nothing, it wasnt released as a single..

  • My nr.1 favorite song of ABBA ever!! I love It.

  • This is a song from MAMA MIA, this is a remake from the musical MAMA MIA. I like it. Never heard this version before.

  • @brinkleysammy What do you mean by "this is a remake from the musical MAMMA MIA"? This is the original Abba version of the song, Mamma Mia version is a remake of this, not the other way.

  • Mega song from a Mega group....Hope rumours are right about a 2011 reunion concert, MAMA MIA, Bring it on!

  • Truly love this Song! So touching..

  • Frida´s angel voice makes this song lovely....

  • Quite possibly Frida's finest vocal performance...and that is saying something!

  • @1nobogey I think Frida's voice is exquisite in this one, but in my opinion, it excelled when she did ''I let the music speak'' and ''Like an angel passing through my room''

  • this is my favourite song from ABBA. I love it.

  • Frida is Gods give to music and the world. <3

  • Ohhhhhh i love this song - Anni-Frid your voice is magical

  • one of the most under rated ABBA songs. love it

  • @Winstonwhip Agreed dude. This song isn't even considered one of their best but I consider it top 5.

  • @Winstonwhip

    i can't agree more!!!

  • Frida sings for those of us who can't and does an excellent job on a song that brings back a time when, now, seemed much simpler.

    Great video, thanks for posting.

  • Beautiful song, and very depressing lol.

  • I've always loved ABBA, then as now. Those times were such happy times, but we didn't realize how good we had it.This was a band you knew you would always love. I wish they had stayed married though. As a Mom, I know how painful it must have been for Agnetha wanting to be with her kids, cuz they're only babes for a moment, blink, and they're grown. ABBA was about love, for their music, the fans and for each other. We will always love ABBA.

  • doesnt this just take u back to times when life was simple? love was uncomplicated. flowers, soft perfume, long walks, no noisy video games holding your lovers eyes glued to the screen. ppl looked into each others eyes then. yes. that was the time.

  • 好喜欢ABBA,虽然不是我们这年代的,但好喜欢,听他们的歌,好舒服,不刺耳^^

  • great Abba song i love it, thanks for sharing :)

  • Bloody Hell!

T'was 30 years ago, this song came out as I served my NCO Military service in the Swiss Army.

Married my then girl friend three years later, still married now, not in a bank, don't follow fitba but still in love and this is not our last summer.

  • i love this song

  • @royko22 ...Some people just love to complain! I think they sang/spoke as good as they could! English was and is not their first language.. so just be quiet and enjoy the song.

  • @royko22 typical arrogant american arse hole, do you think she or any one else in the world except america gives a shit. By the way by american English, do you mean that awful noise american people make when they open their mouths? Don't forget you only have the privilege of speaking English because you were lucky enough to have been a colony of the world greatest ever empire, Fortunately for the rest of the world your accent isn't dominant in the world, try educating yourself.

  • @royko22 I would find it hard to pass as American English speaking, maybe 'cos my accent tilts to scouse or estuary depending from my interlocutor.

  • @royko22 Sir, go die in a hole!!!

  • @royko22 I really can't see the point in here...when you're writing or singing a song, there's no grammar or accents..it is pronounced just the way it is written...and you're really stupid to be saying American English is the dominant language and accent...there is no dominant accent in my opinion..people speak in english the way they were taught how to speak it...but the dominan language is PROPER ENGLISH, as spoken by the Brits..

  • @royko22 Listen to this song long enough and you might realize that it is Frida in the lead vocal. The universe does not revolve around we Americans. I am very well pleased when I hear how carefully the Swedes pronounce their words, with attention to their enunciation/diction. It's commendable that they could speak up to three languages, write superb songs, sing with voices that have no equal, and become multi-millionaires in the process. Can we say the same for some perfect speakers?

  • @royko22 - American English isn't even the dominant language and accent in your country, let alone the world. You're being Hispanicised so fast you won't even be speaking English in another generation. Good riddance.

  • @AussieWozzieWoo

    Good comment regarding royko22

The moron cannot even grasp how to post his message just the once!!

    Clearly a Southern Redneck

  • Was shamed by being a big ABBA fan in the 70´s and 80´s ..... Today i´m proud off it !!!!!

  • THIS IS A MAGIC, THIS IS ABBA

  • some very good pics don't recall seeing them before

  • Our Last Summer is one of my very favorite ABBA songs.

    Thank you.

    George Vreeland Hill

  • @GeorgeVreelandHill this third 1st 4 me is Slipping Through My Fingers 2nd is Winner Takes It All

  • Now this is MUSIC! I first heard this song in Toronto during the "Mama Mia" run. I've been in love with this song since!

  • Such a sweet wonderful song!

  • OF COURSE THEY ARE STILL ALIVE!!!!!!!!! THEY'RE NOT VERY OLD EITHER!!!!!!!!!

  • what a voice great frida!!!!!!!

  • I love this song.

By the way the menbers of ABBA still alive?

  • Were these the same socialist Swedes who sold out their brothers and sisters in Norway and Findland? The same socialist Swedes who worked with the Nazis against the free people of the USA and England?

Anna Frida's father was a Waffen SS Nazi soldier who knocked up her Swedish mother and then left.

No loss. It wasn't even nearly sold out.

Serious freedom-loving people didn't care to pay to go see them.

  • @royko22 Dude. There wasn't even one correct statement in that comment. ..sometimes I'm ashamed of my fellow countrymen..
