There's a total of 16 playable characters, with 4 being completely optional. And yeah, I might STILL upgrade the sprites. Not sure yet.....

Is the sword supposed to appear for the second girl's attack?
Is the second and the third girl supposed to be in those weird poses?

No, sword isn't supposed to appear. I think that comes with the animation sadly.....
As for the poses for the other 2, that's more than likely due to me accidentally equipping a status inducing accessory on them, which put them in those poses (that's meant for statuses....I haven't done individual status effect sprites so it uses one sprite for all of them right now).
