i have one and it dosent have proper flash on the web as loads of sites do not work and also the new firmware on it it very buggy and had loads of problems like the ovi store dosent work. wish i still had my nokia n900 much better phone

I'm very tempted to get this! the only thing I don't like is that some apps that I had on my old lost iphone and that I used really a lot aren't available for this... the camera it's so great, but the screen and apps are better on the iphone 4 in my opinion... but this is cheaper and very good too... I DON'T KNOW WHICH TO CHOOSE! lol

By the way, can you read heavy pdf's and power point files on this? also, does the flash works for flash games or only videos/animations? thanks :)

Nokia, simplest thing you could do to update your GUI would be replacing that decade old font. Also that detailed Network and battery information only bothers user with too much information. Opening screen of browser should be either 'tabula rasa' or colorful introduction to your browsing history, not this technical list of your recently visited websites. It should also be noted that user could want to go to the new address immediately - that's why there is address bar in every browser on top.

Here i think it's very quik and smooth, i dont care if there's not childish iPhone-like effects but it's so fast here, but i saw the vid with the 'web tv' and there the scrolling trough the diff channels looks unfluid :s ! and when opening a menu in the camera app, it doesnt look smooth too... Im doubting between buying this one in the future or the n900 but this has 12mp, thats a huuuuge PRO :O

The browser is fast. But you could co-operate with Mozilla to put Firefox in this device.

I believe the primary the reason for no Firefox on old Symbian is lack of RAM, but you have corrected that, haven't you? N900 has enough RAM and Firefox runs on N900.

@ee1518 Firefox tried developing a browser for windows mobile, but they failed so hard, that they canceled the project. I tested an early version of that browser on my HTC HD2 (1GHz) and it sucked really. Slower than Internet Explorer Mobile, No Flash, no other goodies.

So, what I wanted to say: Firefox will not come to Symbian.

This has still the annoying feature as the N95 form 2007. Look at web page title: "Not - Nokia on the..." You can not even show the full title of web page. Sometime it contains useful information, but you can not see even in any menus in N95.

However, S^3 looks like it may fix some of the mayor gripes i had with the damn phone and actually make it enjoyable! When the guy flick-scroll the web page, I can clearly see that it is just slow, like my N97. I have learned that the N97 is just a beta software and hardware for all upcoming Nokia's touchscreens. And it doesn't seem to be any updates for the N97 anymore, which is because Nokia has abandoned it and it's users. Now I am looking forward to iPhone 4G (if it will come out soon) or iPhone 3G S. if u have any Nokia mobile, later then N95, just upgrade firmware to latest one and check your symbian browser settings. set load contents to All.

in mid it says, Images (no flash) which shows its flash enabled now. Enjoy !
