It's interesting how powerful the bible is or better put, how much people allow it to control their lives. In my opinion the bible lost any legitimacy it may have had once it was translated. The whole context and meaning of something is lost when it's translated. I say this because it's interesting to notice how people try to equate certain events with references made in the bible. A book written over 4,000 years ago based on Egyptian ideas that people still use as a basis of worship today. Wow.
