So I suppose the trick is speeding up the video. Easy to tell because the actual movement of the knife changes when you're doing it slow from when you're doing it fast. Speeding the vid makes it look stilted and obvious.

Certainly not sped up.. I could see that from the tree leaves. Wow, that's a very interesting.. Be careful dude! I did one where I sped up the video but I love my fingers too much to chance it. Great job though! Just, be careful :)
