I have 10 right now (I got Hong from some patch I found while browsing youtube), but there's another character you have with bat wings or something (I can't really read her name because of the low quality of youtube, you scroll onto her after Youmi while talking about the characters) Do I need to get another patch or something?

that's remilia scarlet... just like yuyuko, yukari and suika, you get her for VS modes by playing against and defeating her in story mode. To unlock her story mode scenario you need to get all the good endings from the first 6 girls in story mode.
