Hollis, who also worked as a private employee for Wecht, pleaded guilty on Jan. 3, 2007, to the tax evasion and false statements charges and pleaded guilty to a charge of theft from an organization receiving federal funds. He resigned in 2005 during the FBI probe of Wecht. Prosecutors claimed Hollis cost county taxpayers more than $50,000 by performing private work when he was supposed to be doing county work. ...

Karen Russo of the the Wrongful Death and Injury Institute and Cyril H. Wecht both dropped the ball regarding finding out the manner of my brother's passing. Come to find Wecht had been indicted on 84 federal felony counts and at the time back in April of 2010 this was going on with Wecht's right hand man Joseph Mancuso was sentenced on April 4, 2010 for filing false tax returns. This is just the tip of the iceberg concerning these two crooked individuals. Good guys they are not!

Back in April of 2010 I lost my younger brother who had spent 20+ years in prison. He was allegedly found hanging by the neck. I called Karen Russo and after the first autopsy was performed she recommended Cyril H. Wecht out of Pittsburgh to do a second forensic autopsy. We flew my brother all the way to Pittsburgh, per Karen Russo's recommendation and when it was all said and done, the infamous "Dr." Wecht could not answer one single question. His excuse was the distance he lived from Texas?

We need people like Karen Russo - she is paving the way and exposing the sorts of things that are going to happen (and worse) when the roundup begins!

I love how people are unaware that many people in jail are innocent or dont belong there. The prisons are now for profit.  They have caught judges guilty of making money off putting kids in jail and adults for crimes that warrant a citation. No person should have his/her freedom taken unjustly,

Yes but my brother is white & just as violent as any thug,also I think he desrves to be there. But I want my brother to be treated with dignity & humanity while he's in prison. the only deputy assigned to the 100 inmate block is out on smoke break at 3am and the medical staff lolly-gagged in at a slow walk when they did finally arrive. its pretty tough to watch a man die slowly in a cage

anyone who has been locked up knows this stuff is true. the jails and prisons often contract out to the lowest bidder, to feed the inmates. they also contract out for the medical care. ive personally opened boxes of food marked "not for human consumption" in a county jail kitchen. ive eaten a mystery meat called 'mechanically seperated chicken' .....i've watched an inmate screaming that his bunkie is having a seizure and seen it take over 30 minutes for medical personel to arrive on scene.

Mechanically seperated chicken is, when a chicken that has had, say the legs and breasts removed is put in a macine that basically pulverises what is left into a paste that can then be mouled using additives into whatever shape you want. Its junk, and is basically so beefed up with saturated fats and additives shouldnt even be called chicken. Been in myself in the UK, so understand where youre coming from mate.
