Oh hello! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy lost lots of weight with it.
I eat these foods everyday...I would have Salad, bananas, and nuts for breakfast...For lunch I would have Grilled Chicken Salad with wheat bread and tomatoes, and dinner Milk and Peanut butter Sandwhich with raw honey.
Oh and Drinking Green Tea everyday for more anti-oxidants...I do this everyday for 4 months now, and I feel so much better physically and mentally.
I lost 12 kg's in seven weeks using my own personal diet. Oat meal (large flake) with a dolup of tofu for breakfast . I usually chop up a kiwi or an apple and mix it in. Eat a small amount every three hours. For lunch it's an apple and more tofu, Three hours later, the same. One hour fast walking on the threadmill five days a week. Steak on Saturday
