Then that would ruin the purpose of showing the actual performance of the system. Recording with the Source Recorder will give you max frame rate, no matter how shitty your PC specs are.

you should be able to play css on any resolution and any AA on the 3450. My old pc had a geforce 7200gs it was able to play css max settings on 800x600resolution without AA.

i got css and every hl2 and gmod and this card with a little worse processor (core 2 duo 3.2) and only 1.5 gigs of ram but i never encounter any lag. and my res is at 1440X900

You should play on a higher resolution since you won't notice anything above roughly 75 fps. Your monitor probably can't even refresh that much so you may as well have more detail on a higher resolution.
