If they do not establish their own foundation Iraq will become another Chechnya and every Russian soldier knows how that turned out. Also they could do with higher production values in this piece.

Kidnappings and killings are regularly carried out by police forces we have trained and armed... so next time be a little better informed before you say something so fucking stupid.

I'm glad you can read the paper. I don't rely on it. I like to see things with my own eyes. True not everyone of the IP are great people however, the vast majority of them are decent hard working people. The police have been infiltrated by the Mahdi Army as well as other organizations but that doesn't mean the entire force is a fuck up.
