I do not see how you call this "harsh treatment". He is treating you as a college student/young adult you are not in high school anymore where calling mommy is going to make what you want happen, happen. Did the letter actually said that you are "not good enough for Oklahoma CIty University". He sounds as if he was being diplomatic and helpful. Good luck to you.
