My sister has a GS too... it is a little taller than those and with short fur...

TIP: this kind of dog require attention and not.. DO NOT do like my sister... let him play arround... when he is young he might injure himself(kinda crazy dog)

a..and they are damn facking loyal.. he jumped in front of the car while i was trying to tkae my sister to railstation... I heard him crying from more than 300 metres(in my car with closed windows).. this dog is a very inteligent one....

A tip from me then. We have a German Shepherd and we exercise it at least 4 hours a day.

If you get under 3 hours he will be all crazy and then depressed.

He has his own 300m^2 area where he jogs around when we're not exercising him.

He doesn't like to be inside. Winter is his favourite season. He dives into the high powder snow and almost disappears.

1) A LOT of exercise, and training will be easy

2) For the fur's sake keep it outside a lot so he won't get a lazy non-fatty fur.

Believe me, this was all "put on" on her part. She loved to wrestle with him - and only him. And he is the only dog she acted this way with - normally she's kind of pushy with all my other dogs.

Don't worry. These two were just play fighting like they did all the time. They were definitely in love - the blonde is a girl and the darker GSD is a boy.
