Well, I think he was more of talking about Earthly morals. In-universe, Jedi are not supposed to marry, on a whole, although it was allowed for a period, because Jedi are not allowed to have emotional attachments that could interfere with their work.

Actually, the Jedi Code is only against emotional bonds, but mentions nothing of sexuality. The Code implies that woohoo-ing requires some sort of emotional bonds.

It's notable that Twi'leks and Humans are not the same species, and in the real Star Wars universe, they could never have a child, a sort of inside joke.

@TogrutaJedi Twi'leks and Humans can have children. Proof of that is in a Star Wars: The Clone Wars episode, when a twi'lek woman and a AWOL clone have twi'lek children. (In retrospect, clones are humans)

@CuteYetiTv Suu and Cut Lawquane's "children" actually aren't very clear. Apparently they were originally supposed to be their biological children but LucasFilm in the end didn't choose for them to be that way. Whether Twi'lek-Human children can exist in canon is not known.
