one thing that I'd like to say, if you kill dhoulmagus's clones, he doesn't summon them back, so killing them can be VERY helpful in reducing his damage per turn.

1) Demon Spear: Combine Battle Fork with Devil's Tail and some kind of dagger(Assassin's or Poison Moth I can't remember)

2) Iron Axe: Can be bought in Ascantha

3) Ero's Bow, I think: I forgot the recipe, sorry.

In all seriousness: Tenacity and a lot of time to spare. It really is just me leveling up on monsters that I know I'm stronger than and give out good exp. I'm usually looking for metal slimes and the like, but if you can't manage those then I suggest the strongest enemies you've fought up until this point.

@VyseElric Level up is easy if you know where metal slimes are, like the liquid slime in Trodain Magical Key room, or the frequently liquid slimes in the south/west isolated island or the 6-8 metal slimes west of Royal Hunting Ground at the forest so they wont all run away after 1 turn xD but Jessica died (lvl30) when I fought the second evolution after done the 1st ;( Jessica always dies but maybe i shouldnt have put on the bunny costume xD

many normal metal slimes in little forset near hunting ground (just outside it) (about 5 of em per battle) they r pretty easy to beat and u level fast there

Actually, where I leveled was on an Island that doesn't appear on the world map. Go to the Bottom Left of the world map, out in the ocean, and you should see an island. During the day, Liquid Metal slimes can be found more often than most anywhere else you can go at this point(still not often enough, but it's still really good) Use Thunder/Lighting Thrust and Hatchet Man/Executioner to one-hit-kill them for about 10,000 exp.
