Hospital costs are high because the poor cannot afford to pay for health care--and go to emergency wards--where are treated (if they go)--and then do not pay the over-inflated fees. The fees are inflated to cover the cost of medical care for those uninsured. As for spelling, the word is quit (to end) not "quite" (an adverb that means "completely, wholly, or entirely"). Your writing reminds me of "the kettle calling the pot black."

Uninsured people cannot afford a doctor or hospitalization; they go to emergency rooms without insurance and leave without paying bills. Their bills are written off by hospitals who inflate their charges to cover money lost. There are doctors, yes, but many will not treat anyone who is not insured. The Health Care Plan rectifies this attack on the poor and the elderly. You, also, need to learn to spell. "Quit" means "stop using/doing," while "quite" means "completely"--see any dictionary.

You and your liar democrat cohorts claim that 47 million people have no access to healthcare, which is a lie. Having no insurance and having no healthcare are two different things.
