Just another example of a lseeze bag politician deoing anything to keep his job.
FIRE THEM ALL send them home with no retirements as they spent it already. in fact some of those, pelosi, reid, dud (dodd) franks and other such ilk should have their stolen assets returned to the treasury then ship their useless asses to gitmo
Cao= Betrayer to our Constitution and its precepts of the government being OF THE PEOPLE and BY THE PEOPLE. In 2010, We The People will show him and the other anti-Constitution Socialists in Congress what Justice means.
Cao and the rest of them are going to feel the pain of how bad the economy is when they start looking for another job. It's not a good time to be unemployed.
Cao has more respect for the people of the USA have health care, unlike his Republican colleagues who prefer to see over 47 million Americans have no health care.
"Dr Arthur" claims to have gone to the following schools - "Carnegie-Mellon U, Arizona State U, U Northern Iowa" - yet look at his English. Me thinks someone's resume is a bit padded.
Typographical errors do exist for all people, including you "Me thinks" is not correct English (try my book: "Business English: From Grammar to Writing"). Call my schools for degree verifications. Or google me. I have no time to pad anything.
Hospital costs are high because the poor cannot afford to pay for health care--and go to emergency wards--where are treated (if they go)--and then do not pay the over-inflated fees. The fees are inflated to cover the cost of medical care for those uninsured. As for spelling, the word is quit (to end) not "quite" (an adverb that means "completely, wholly, or entirely"). Your writing reminds me of "the kettle calling the pot black."
Uninsured people cannot afford a doctor or hospitalization; they go to emergency rooms without insurance and leave without paying bills. Their bills are written off by hospitals who inflate their charges to cover money lost. There are doctors, yes, but many will not treat anyone who is not insured. The Health Care Plan rectifies this attack on the poor and the elderly. You, also, need to learn to spell. "Quit" means "stop using/doing," while "quite" means "completely"--see any dictionary.
However I noticed that you didn't address the point that the 47 million number is a fabrication.
You and your liar democrat cohorts claim that 47 million people have no access to healthcare, which is a lie. Having no insurance and having no healthcare are two different things.
This abomination of a bill will not bring down costs of anything. It will cause the reverse. Stop masquerading as a doctor and go back to your Game Boy, kid.

Cao is from a Democrat district. It won't be easy ousting him. Hopefully the Senate is smarter than Congress and won't pass this insanity!

Apparently Cao doesn't like his job.
With this vote he will be out ASAP and then who will hire him? NO ONE!

I hope he enjoyed being in the House seeing that he's going to get bounced out on his ass.

We'll see how the people of his district feel when he comes up for election.
I expect he'll have a challenger in the primary...

Typographical errors don't explain incoherent ramblings which lack things like pronouns.
"Me thinks" is a colloquial term. It was used by the Bard himself as in "Me thinks thou dost protest too much," and I do.

47 million Americans can't find a doctor? I don't think so. OH! You mean can't find someone else to pay for it.
And your 47 million number has been debunked. Even the democrats quite using it.
