There is freedom of speech and religion in China, just not inciting government revolution (which is a criminal offence in most countries) or taking religion as scientific proof which is just pathetic. (Ah the press) Having freedom of speech and freedom of religion is inciting government revolution. The very existence of the freedom of speech idea is so that everyone has a say in what the government or anyone for that matter is doing.
