  • Let's see if the devil will put us to test come December 21, 2012 !

  • Thank you Dad for keeping me in this time of music instead of letting me jumo into the crap there is today

  • AWSOME URIAH HEEP

  • THINKING OF YA....

     THANK YOU ANN

  • THINKING OF YA....BE AT PEACE

  • just great music :)

  • I also see a bird...

  • What do you see on the cover?

  • @Nossl1990 I have always made me the same question. A dancer must clearly be seen. But the other part, the light in the "matrix", and its relation with the dancer... It seems the dancer is emerging from it, like a papillon.

  • Probably the best lyrics ,the best lead singer and the best bass player

though he was dead by this album. What else does a rock band need?

  • awsome song.great organ and what a voice..35 thumbs up...

  • music was definitly better in the day - but how do you top it? some bands have though , not to many- but a least thiers some

  • @chrismoses422 No new bands have topped this. Actually no music put out after the eighties topped this unless it was from a band like uriah heep that were already pioneers for quite a few years. And even then it's iffy. To me there are only a few bands that deserve mentioning in the presence of Uriah Heep. Like Nazareth, Wasp, Judas Priest, The Who, Deep Purple, Lucifers Friend, Atomic Rooster.

  • David,why did you go?

  • @MrStratcaster genius die often hardly too young !!!!!! he b last himself out of life.

  • this song is a real hidden gem - great songwriting, great lyrics, great dramatization, and David Byron on vocals. what else do we need?

  • So happy to see so many people loving this Heep masterpiece. Will be listening to this a few times tonight.

  • Heep's finest hour. Makes you feel elated, invincible and gives you hope for the future. A beautiful masterpiece of music, songwriting, performance and a lesson in how to rock.

Absolutely glorious, will love it forever.

    Long live 70s rock !!!

  • love this.. 34 thuymbs up..................

  • One of my great influences.

  • wow first time hearing this.. i had to listen to it twice!

  • awesome song...reminds me of being at the cabin, blasting it on the sterio by the fire at night, hearing it echo though the woods....ahhh good memories!

  • Just listened to this again & it seems even better now than it did 4 days ago! About time I bought the CD of this album - I still only have the vinyl version!

  • Very under-rated song from an under-rated album, but it's still a classic by Heep. Byron again on top form, brilliant backing vocals as well. All in all, 10 out of 10, no question.

  • Ken Hensley & David Byron were the 2 most under rated song writers of their time.

  • Круто! Одна из любимых песен любимой группы.

  • STONEHENGE, WHERE THE DEMONS DWELL

  • @JackBlair2 Spinal Tap!!!!!!

  • One of the oldies but goldies. And what lyrics!

  • Fantàssstic !!! I love you al !!!!

  • ***^FANTASTIC^***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • how is it that we can fly faster than they but we can't find the things we need

  • Great song, great lyrics. My all-time favourite !

  • Return to fantasy and Deep Purple'S Made in Japan was my most treasured albums back in the seventy's. T.A.M.

  • There are times when I wonder what happened to make the Heep fall off the radio back in the mid-1970s. They had continued producing albums for years after their heyday ("Magician's Birthday" and "Demons And Wizards" albums). To have John Whetton join the group between his stints with King Crimson and UK should count as a feather in their cap.

The last album that I recall from Uriah Heep was "Abominog". That was at the onset of the "Hair Band" HM era. Nothing much was heard since.

  • ma peeche andando avanti con il tempo, questa musica non la creano piu ....ma che e finita????????????????allora meno male che ci sonoi ricordi....non cancellateli

  • Fra tante cose belle Dio a creato per noi,poveri umani, miraviglie come URIAH HEEP, G R A Z I E !!!!!

  • I was listening to this when I was 14

  • At the time of David Byron,

    Uriah Heep had exceptional lyrics.

  • @milansc even now does :)

  • @BluesWireFTW

When I first listened to Uriah Heep in the seventies, I was mesmerized.

And that feeling has not changed ever since.

  • @milansc me too...

  • @milansc me too !!

  • About time someone got this on the tube. We could learn a lot from this song as it is still valid today. Lets all grow up for the world.

    Rock on

  • An almost unknown Heep song, but one of my favorites! Why can't today's bands write tunes like this -- something I'd be PROUD to hear my daughter play on the stereo?!

  • @SpringIsBACK Very simple......those days the bands wrote music for the sake of music. Now they do that for money. So did Uriah Heep, Deep Purple, Jimi Hendrix, Slade.....and all of them groups.

  • Absolutlely agree with you. These days the bands earn "money" as Mark Knopfler put it "for nothing". Really for nothing! But it is incredible! It must have been a great music with great lyrics for such a money. But it never happens! Right from the beginning of the 90-es.

  • an absolutely great rock band, thought provoking and a priviledge to hear now , dont matter what era of music you listen to.
