@GoblinBabe6995 I didn't photoshop a single thing. It does look like this! You just have to want to see it this way, I guess. I grew up in Royal Center, so I've lived in the area all of my life, too.
@GoblinBabe6995 Oh, and these are OLD photographs, taken when I first became interested in photography. I've gotten a lot better. :) You can see more of my photos at flickr.com/photos/casscountyphotos
Was born in Logansport in 1938 and think about it and miss it so much everyday. when you drive by 1830 Smead please think of me. LOVE these videos makes me homesick. THANK YOU
Excellent video! I lived there for 10 years and really appreciated the natural beauty of the area and the friendly people there. Born and raised in Chicago, now in Phoenix, but I miss Logansport.
I gradulated from Logansport in 1991. Moved away in 1998 to find a better paying job. I have a older sister that lives in Logansport, I go back there at times to visit. Logan looks different now since I left.
I grew up in Royal Center and graduated from Pioneer in '96. There are some parts of town that are a little rough around the corners, but that happens everywhere. :) Some of the more recent improvements - the River Bluff Trail, Little Turtle Waterway, and Cole Park - are truly remarkable!
I graduated from LHS in 91. It was my only year there from moving from PA. I did make some good friends and I must say the town looks different then when I lived there.. HEHE... Its still a nice town though
Thanks for the memories. I graduated LHS in '75, and have been gone since '76. Logan will always be a part of me, and your video makes me homesick. I had forgotten how beautiful Logansport really is. Growing up there was great...the carousel, putt-putt, and the little train at Riverside...little league out at Fairview. My brother and I were gym rats at the "new" YMCA...wow, hadn't thought about all that in years. Thanks again. - RH
This is a great video. You are very talented and your pictures of Logansport are great. I haven't lived in Logansport for many years but this makes me home sick.
:) It really is very easy to take what we see every day for granted. I didn't appreciate Logansport until I moved back from Lafayette 6 years ago.
Pick up a camera sometime and just take a stroll around town - it is really very easy to find something visually appealing in everything surrounding you.
I was born and raised in Logansport, graduated from LHS in 1973. I left there in '78 and have lived in Florida and now Minnesota. Logansport will always hold a major part of my heart and I prefer to remember it as it was in the 60's and 70's. The high school on Broadway, across from the original Graymill, Bolin's Donuts, frozen custard from the Sycamore, chili dogs from B&K, fries and a Coke from Hap's, baseball at Riverside Park, and the fairgrounds at the east end of Market Street.
I'm glad you enjoy Huntington. I was raised in Cass County and LOVE it HERE. In creating this slide show, I was merely trying to display my pride in the community in which I live. I am sorry that you do that by expressing your hatred for other communities.

Great photographs...sometimes Logansport's great scenery and architecture is overshadowed and taken for granted.
