You will see that, for the parts I included here, I did not change the message in any way. It was simple editing unnecessary sections for the purpose of this vid and to keep it within the 15 mins. It is Lord Sassoon, the former Sir James Sassoon, who was ennobled earlier this year and appointed to the new post of Commercial Secretary to the Treasury. His Lordship is smiling because he knows that, unfortunately, Lord James is about to spout the most incredible load of old twaddle.
