OH MY GOD! see i disagree with rivers' moves lately as he puts down the guitar for some songs. he is an AMAZING guitarist. solos like "tired of sex" are ridiculous. he needs to play them more.

I knew Rivers was a musical genius when I heard his avant garde rock opera "The Greatest Man That Ever Lived (Variations on a Shaker Hymn)", but never knew he was that good a guitar player (now i know why he was in Berklee SoM)

Yea that was his first band but im pretty sure he then later on he formed avant garde. i dont remember i haven't read the book in a while!
