you dont understand what he said. Yazid (may Allah's curse be on him) was going to end Islam with the horrible things that he did: drinking wine, killing, adultry, etc. Islam was pretty much forgotten at that time. But when Imam Hussein (AS) was martyred, Islam was reborn, because following his martyrdom (AS) many revolutions happened and people started remembering what Islam truly is.

That's what mustain 100 meant; without Imam Hussein's martyrdom (AS) there would be no Islam because of Yazid

Yazid ordered the killing of mohmmed's grandson and the Hawashim , who are either his sons or relatives . Do you think killing them would please your prophet , wouldnt he cry for them , wouldnt you cry for his cring ? wouldnt you curse those who would cause him to cry ?
