I am sure I saw this video as a kid growing up and was likely stricken with fear, yet still chose to do drugs later in my teenage years. Never regretted it either. I had lots of fun while on drugs and was still responsible enough not to become addicted or become criminally negligent while UTI. The drug war is a joke, the most effective way to prevent drugs causing damage is to tax them, educate people about their harms, implement quality controls and fund rehabilitation programs.
