Wow, do you go to Cal yourself? I'm a Berkeley alum - sadly, I didn't get into Kendo until I'd graduated and moved on to graduate school, but if Berkeley had a Kendo team, then I really wish I'd joined back then. I knew little about Kendo and I had no idea what I would miss.

I'm now at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC as a grad student and I've only started learning Kendo, but I'm picking it up quickly and the team has become very dear to my heart already. Can't wait for the tournament.
