من هو الحاكم العادل؟ ? Ibn al-Uthaymeen - Who is the Just Ruler

You have to read all his statements. he says that a person can not rule with man made laws, exept he believes that it is permissible, or the man made laws are better than the laws of allah.

It is true that uthaymeen r. believe that the person must believe that to rule by man made laws is halal, but he says the same time, that it is not possible, that a person rule with this laws and he does not believe in theri permissability.

@StaubigFisebilillah and the most people does not understand his tafseel, they believe he had the same tafseel like Albani r. and Bin Baz r., but thats not true. The proof is that Shaykh uthaymeen critizise Albani r. in one of his statements

the shaykh may A l l a a h give him rest in the grave explained in another video, the one who is a kaafir is the one who believes that there is something which is better or equal to what A l l a a h has revealed, thus this is the motive behind him ruling with other than the sharia.

So if I understand this ruler can rape Muslim women but that's fine because they believe it's forbidden by Allah, also their are just following their whims and desire. They equal them self with Allah (may Allah forgive me for this analogy I never mean that) but is not a problem why? Didn't a sahaba may Allah be please him rebel against umar may allah be please with him saying we are not going to hear and obey why? Just because you have taken 2 clothes and gave 1 to every one but it was he's son

May Allâh reward you for forwarding the entire fatwâ of the shaykh in the descripton, mashaAllâh, this video alone might confuse people and make them make takfeer on rulers generally while the shaykh gave conditions and not only conditions, but if these conditions are met, the ruler still has to get Iqâmatul Hujjâh from an 'alim, and then takfeer, same with a rafidhi, sufi, grave worshiper etc, they first have to get Iqamatul hujjah from an 'alim, and then takfeer. Why is there the need for some people to say that certain leaders are going to jahannam? Did not the Prophet say that a man will do the deeds of one of the people of hell and then at his end he will do the deeds of one of the people of paradise and enter jannah? Why apply certain sayings of the Prophet so firmly yet totally disregard others?...

Muslims or Non-Muslims, None of us have the right to claim whether any individual is going to hell or heaven.

remember the hadeeth in al-Saheehayn, which speaks of the man who said: “ ‘When I die, burn me and crush (my bones), then scatter me in the sea, for by Allaah, if Allaah grasps hold of me He will punish me as He has not punished anyone else in the world.’ They did that, and Allaah said: ‘What made you do what you did?’ He said: ‘Fear of You.’ And He forgave him.”

Stated Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen: 'These words are very good (i.e. Imam al-Albani's). Meaning, that those people pass judgement against the Rulers of the Muslims, that they are disbelievers, what benefit do they achieve by judging them to be disbelievers? Are they able to put an end to them? They are not able.

Hudhaifa bin al-Yaman narrated a hadith in which he said, “The Prophet (saws) said, ‘there will be after me leaders who do not follow my guidance and do not follow my sunna, and there will be among them men whose hearts are like those of satan in the body of a human being.’ And I asked the Prophet (saws), ‘What I should do at that time if I reach it?’ He said, ‘listen and obey the ruler, even if he lashed your back and took your money, listen and obey.’ Saheeh Muslim 20:4554

@SlaveOfAllah81 Brother you know most of the people doesn't no the sweetness of iman. One who tastes the sweetness of iman can never go astray. If they go outta track, they return to the correct path instantly repenting.

I know of MUSLIM's who doesn't like to pray and also make excuses by saying that praying is just a physical exercise. These statements makes us laugh as most of the true believers know what is there in praying and how can we get benefited.

Just a general message: Instead of making ta'wil of what the shaykh said , think about this. Has the Shaykh ever make takfir of the Arabmuslim leaders because those leaders already deviate from the sharia when the shaykh is still alive. Has he exactly say "hosni is a kaffir, Basheer is a kafir " ???!!! No , he never say that. But we should know that oppressive leaders will get what they deserve on judgement day.
